Shipping & Delivery:
After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package all the way to your door.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS - Delivery is by USPS Ground delivery time is between 1-5 business days. Pre-Orders may take 3-5 weeks to be shipped. Shipments over $200 will require signature upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - Standard Delivery is through USPS International and includes tracking. Delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day. All international shipments will require signature upon delivery.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours on weekdays.
Returns & Replacements:
All sales are final, however size exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, store credit will be issued, including any shipping costs. No refunds are accepted. For any questions about returns/exchanges please contact info@sorrowcircle.com

When accessing our Website, SORROWCIRCLE will learn certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.

Ordering
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SORROWCIRCLE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, SORROWCIRCLE shall issue a return to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. SORROWCIRCLE cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by the SORROWCIRCLE customer service team in a timely manner. SORROWCIRCLE reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. SORROWCIRCLE will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. SORROWCIRCLE reserves the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, SORROWCIRCLE reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
